your boat and ½ mile from the quaint shops of Old Englewood for those  
that like to shop! Unit may have a screened Lanai’s which is perfect  
for relaxing and reading that good book!  
 
You are also only minutes from shopping, grocery stores and hospitals.

January through April	$2,000/$700 weekly 
May Through December	$1,400/$550 weekly 
 
 Discounts available for booking 3 Months ($1,900 per month) 
 
 Non refundable cleaning fee of $60 
 
 Security deposit of $400 is due upon making your Reservation 
 
 Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to  
arrival 
 
 Total Payment is due 30 days before check-in 
 
 Smoking on Patio only 
 
 All rates are subject to change without notice until receipt of  
confirmation
