Bring your boat!
Launch at the private launch area at the end of our street and park your boat at the house. The neighborhood has a private boat and kayak launch and a large T-head gated pier for our guests use.

Let’s Fish!
In addition to dock fishing from the house there is a gated bay pier for our guests to use. The famous Copano Bay Fishing pier is the largest and longest pier in Texas, located just minutes from the house. For those who bring their boats, the home sits on the main canal leading into Copano Bay which provides some of the best fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast. This bay provides numerous reefs as well as wade fishing opportunities. From our dock, you are only a short boat ride to St. Charles Bay, San Jose island, Aransas Bay, and Mesquite bay.
Beaches/swimming:
Rockport has Texas' only Blue Wave beach and we are only a
short distance from other area beaches. In addition to the
neighborhood swimming pool, Rockport has a fun aquatic park with pools and slides.
