This house is located in the quaint town of Seeley Lake, Montana, and surrounded by unlimited outdoor recreation.  The home sits on over a 1 acre  treed lot on a quiet culdesac.  While located in the city limits, it has the feel of living in the forest with daily wildlife visits from deer to the occasional bear.  Seeley Lake is located in the heart of the Lolo National Forest and surrounded by the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area to the east and the Mission Mountain Wilderness to the west with countless lakes, rivers, and trails all within minutes.

Home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  Master bedroom has a queen bed while the other 2 bedrooms have full beds.  Kitchen has most everything you need.  Dining room seats four with additional folding chairs available.  Living room contains tv/dvd player with small dvd collection (no cable).  House includes large front deck with porch swing, and large secluded rear deck with 6 person hot tub and patio heater.  Backyard has a fire pit. There is an oversized 2 car garage for your vehicles and/or toys with ample parking for boats, jet skiis, snowmobiles, etc.

Seeley Lake is a four season recreation area.  You can visit the Seeley Lake Chamber website for a list of local attractions and events. 

 This home is located 1 hour from Missoula, 1.5 hours from Flathead Lake, and 2 hours from Glacier National Park.
