We are located in New Manila, Quezon City, 10 Min. to Greenhills shopping center, SM shopping malls, one block to Gilmore LRT station and Gilmore IT center, St. Pauls University, front of Mt. Carmel Church, 7 minutes from St. Lukes Hospital.

We have 2 types of units:
35 Studio units and 35 one bedroom units.
Daily and weekly rates are inclusive of other charges and taxes.
Monthly rates include taxes but exclude electricity. Each room is equipped with a meter. We read the meter upon your check in and when you check out or on your month's end. You pay the difference based on the local rates - you pay only what you use.
Deposit required: Daily / weekly rates require one day deposit.
Monthly rates require one month deposit.
