All Rates in U.S. Dollars to be Paid in Advance. Cashiers' Check or Money Orders - No Credit Cards. Personal Checks must clear prior to confirmation of reservation.
Deposit of 50% of Rental Rate required upon booking if more than one month in advance of arrival. Full Payment due upon booking if less than 30 days in advance of arrival.
State and Local Taxes Apply - 12%
Cancellations: Deposit of 50% of the Rental Rate will be Non-Refundable if cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival. If Full Payment has been made in advance of arrival and booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, 50% of the Rental Rate will be Non-Refundable. Rental Rate is defined as the amount charged for the total "length of booking" less taxes and security deposit.
