The unique double A frame home is fully furnished, has two living areas, a large master suite with king size bed and convertible couch, second master suite in the upper loft with 2 Queen size beds, a private Queen size bedroom with bath off second living area downstairs, and a bunk room with 5 twin beds.

We are just minutes from the Sargent wildlife area, Humphries wildlife area, and the Rio Chama Wildlife & Fishing Area. The Carson National Forest in New Mexico and the Rio Grande National Forest in Colorado are a short drive. Fishing opportunities include, nearby Brazos and Chama Rivers, Heron and El Vado Lakes, numerous mountain streams, and the World Famous Fly Fishing Destination on the San Juan River just an hour/20 minuite drive. Remote but not too far, you will find Shopping and Golf opportunities within 90 miles in the nearby larger communities of Santa Fe or Taos, NM and Pagosa Springs, CO. The Village of Chama, NM is 15 minutes North, there you will find a new grocery store, some local color, and the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Rail Road.
