The neighborhood has a lakefront park just 2 blocks from this home containing baseball fields, tennis courts, soccer field, concrete boat ramp, large white sand community beach (aside from the private beach at the house), childrens playground equipment and a large recreation building.

Lakefront on a great ski lake, nice sand bar area in the lake for floating, numerous area golf courses, area attractions such as "lake Placid, the Town of Murals", arts and crafts stores, caladium fields, festivals, GREAT fishing and watersports in 28 area lakes.

March 10 - March 30 - $750 per night (5 night minimum) or $5,000 per week.

April 1 - May 20 - $250 per night (2 night minimum), $1,300 per week, $2,150 per month (multi-month discount available).

May 21 - August 30 - WEEKEND SPECIAL $750 per weekend (Friday noon - Sunday at 4:00 PM), $300 per night (2 night minimum), $1,650 per week, $4,000 per month (multi-month discounts available).

September 1 - December 31 $275 per night (2 night minimum, $1,200 per week, $2,150 per month (multi-month discount available).
