Welcome to Melody House, a 4200 square foot home located on a peninsula extending out into beautiful Lake Grassy.  Unlike the name, Lake Grassy is a crystal clear, fresh water, sand bottom ridge lake and very popular with both vacationing Florida residents and seasonal visitors. This home is situated on a point lot is such a manner to capture the great breezes, fantastic long lake views and spectacular sunsets.  With over 400 feet of seawall, a 60 foot dock with patio and a beautiful white sand beach area you will always have room for the ski boat, sailboat or SeaDoo, Waverunner, PWC.  Large shade trees keep you cool when sitting lakeside while a huge open area offers room for a game of touch football, crokett, volleyball or just enough space to allow you to feel like you are resting on a private island.  The floorplan of the home permits 2 couples to enjoy totally separate "wings" of the home, yet permits you to meet in the "middle" in the kitchen/family room area with 12 foot long breakfast bar and several walls of glass opening onto a 1200 square foot screened patio . . . Full kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.  Central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, central music, cable television, DVD player, huge screened porch, dock, beach, exterior picnic tables and chairs, gas grill. King sized beds in 2 master bedrooms, several sets of bunk beds for the kids, large living room featuring rattan sofa, love seat and furnishings, formal dining with dining for 8, large walk through kitchen opening to family room separated only bu a breakfast bar, large, open family room.  ALL of these rooms open with glass window/walls on to a 1200 sqaure foot screened patio overlooking the lake.

Lakefront on a great ski lake, numerous area golf courses, area attractions such as "lake Placid, the Town of Murals", caladium fields, festivals, GREAT fishing in 28 area lakes.

January - March 9 - $300 per night (3 night minimum), $1,500.00 per week, $2,500 per month, (multi-month discount available).

March 10 - March 30 - $750 per night (5 night minimum) or $5,000 per week.

April 1 - May 30 - $275 per night (2 night minimum), $1,250 per week, $2,250 per month (multi-month discount available).

June 1 - August 30 - WEEKEND SPECIAL $850 per weekend (Friday noon - Sunday at 4:00 PM), $350 per night (2 night minimum), $2,000 per week, $4,500 per month (multi-month discounts available).

September 1 - December 31 $275 per night (2 night minimum, $1,250 per week, $2,250 per month (multi-month discount available).

Rates are subject to change without notice.  Holidays and special events may be higher.  Long term rental discount considered.
