Our brand new beach cottage is located in the laid-back community of
Seagrove Beach on the Florida Panhandle. Our community has two
pools, two tennis courts, and a fishinpond. It is a safe neigborhood
perfect for walking, running, biking, and in-line skating. Next to
the development is St. Joe State Park with nature trails. We also
provide high speed internet access.

Our house is a five minutes stroll to the beach, and a few minutes
drive to the community of Seaside and Grayton Beach. The house has
hardwood floors in both the livingroom and master bedroom, central
air, ten foot high ceilings, crown molding and solid wood kitchen
cabinets and vanities. The master bedroom has it's own bath with
double sink vanity and whirlpool tub. The guest bedroom has a queen
size bed and the childrens bedroom a bunkbed, with a total capacity
of six (a child under one year of age can be allow as #7). For your
convenience we have a high chair and a playpen. From our front porch
you can watch the children ride their bikes. We also have a deck
right outside the kitchen for outdoor dining. The house is fully
furnished down to the iron, blender, washer/dryer, two TV's with
Direct TV service, ceiling fans etc. It is a sunny and "happy" house
that the whole family will enjoy. "Mi casa es su casa", we hope that
