You can rent a boat or a jet ski and explore the waterways on your own or go to Clearwater Marina and you will find fishing charters, sight seeing and pleasure cruises.You can leave you car at the condo and trolley from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater and enjoy the fine dining and entertainment along the beaches.

30 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, 1 1/2 hr. to disneyworld

Unit has a 2 week min. rental period and a 10 day approval period

December 15 Thru April 30  $2000 for 2 weeks, $3200 per month

May 1 thru August 31  $1700 for 2 weeks, $2400 per month

Sept. 1 thru Dec. 14 $1600 for 2 weeks, $2200 per month

Please note 12% Florida state & county sales tax, $90 one time cleaning fee, and $100 condo approval will be added to all rental rates.
Total rent, taxes & fees are due 30 days prior to arrival & are non-refundable.
$500 deposit guarantees reservation which then becomes security deposit
which will be returned 30 after departure, assuming no damage to the unit.
