Ocean Front Get Away in Isle of Palms

This property is a wonderful 4 BR 3 BA oceanfront home.  The Beachside community is situated centrally on the Isle of Palms but away from the traffic of Palm Boulevard.  Our guests enjoy the privacy within Beachside as well as our community pool and tennis facilities.  Hardwood floors, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a beach shower are provided for the guests' use.

The historic Charleston area is filled with attractions to satisfy every taste. The area is home to: historic forts (including Ft. Sumter where the first shot of the Civil War was fired); museums (homes, plantations, gardens, naval warships, history and art); theatres, concerts and nightclubs; harbor cruises; carriage and walking tours in the historic district; fabulous shopping (from "Saks" to open air stands in the market where sweet grass baskets are woven daily); and some of the finest dining in the Southeast featuring the region's famous low county cuisine.

For sports enthusiasts, aside from water sports available at the beach, there are numerous golf courses to challenge any handicap, inshore and deep-sea fishing charters, scuba diving, water-skiing, and minor league baseball, basketball, soccer and hockey.

This property has seasonal rates.  Only weekly rentals are allowed during the summer and there is a three night minimum for the offseason.  Rates begin at $2100 a week during the winter and scale to $4500 weekly during the summer.
