Our family stayed at this home for the week of my son's wedding. This was a central location for all the activities and events we attended. The neighborhood is upscale and beautiful. Plenty of shopping nearby. The kitchen is huge and well supplied which was great for the Thanksgiving dinner which we hosted for both families to mingle and get to know each other.

The property was clean when we arrived with no signs of bed bugs. Cleaning supplies and washer/dryer were available for us to maintain a clean home all week. The owner was quick with email replies.

Only drawback was that the furniture was older and not enough for 10 to eat dinner or sit in the living room. I did email this info to the owner and he had ideas to improve that.

This property would work well for people with disabilities, as the main floor has all facilities. There are 2 master bedrooms for two families to share the rental. Use caution with young children because of the pool and hot-tub.

Recommended for: people with disabilities, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Great Rental

We rented this house for our annual Super Bowl trip. There was a total of 7 of us and we had a great time. House was very accomodating, had everything we needed. Hot tub was well used! Owner was very nice and had everything ready for us and suggestions of local eateries and stores with directions to. House is near just about everything and only about 25 minutes to downtown. Would like to experience Denver in summertime and will definetely rent this house again. Thank you...

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great Home for Family Vacations

We rented this house for a vacation stay for our family of four (two parents/two teenagers). We had some family that live locally stay with us too. The description on the site was accurate. Four of the bedrooms have full/queen beds and one has two twin beds. Two of the bedrooms have bathrooms attached. The property was well-maintained with the exception of a few light bulbs burnt out. The owner provided excellent customer service. We had a problem with the hot tub the first day and it was fixed right away. It is close to downtown (about 20 minutes) and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Our family enjoyed the spacious home especially the media room and the large living room with gas fireplace. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. The master suite is the highlight of this home; we loved the extra space, the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi tub. The free WiFi internet was greatly appreciated as well. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.
