(estimated 80 degrees)
and has a kiddie pool as well. In addition there is a large clubhouse, sundeck, shuffleboard courts,
lighted tennis court, sunshine and surfing. In the winter there are
many scheduled events.
We also have a 2 bedroom condo in the same complex. Perfect for
large families. Both Condo's have been updated throughout as of December 2008.

Weekly rates: $700. $ Monthly rates: $2240. ( There is a 20% for one month rental)
Off Season:
Aug 2008 - Nov 2008
Weekly rates: $650. Monthly rates: 1800. (one week discount)
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
We have a two bedroom newly renovated condo also available.

All rates quoted above are subject to 6.5% state tax and 6% county tax. Advanced
reservations are required. $300.00 security deposit is required.
Cleaning fee is $75.00 and subject to state tax.
