This generous size condominum is directly on the ocean in New Smyrna 
Beach (no drive beach). This is a 4th floor unit overlooking pool, 
manicured courtyard, and white sand turtle friendly beach. 
The newly decorated living room/dining room area provide ocean view 
and sounds of the sea.  New Carpet and tile throughout.  Living room 
has pullout sofabed and love seat.                                
New Color TV, with VCR/DVD.  The kitchen has all new 
appliances and all the extras including blender, toasteroven, 
microwave, and coffee maker. The porperty is newly carpeted and 
tiled. The masterbedroom has a new king size bed with room to spread 
out. The Lanai can be acessed from the livingroom or bedroom. The 
lanai has new patio funiture to relax anytime.
This unit has been updated and is fully furnished. The AC and heater 
are brand new for maximum efficiency and comfort. All kitchen items 
and linens are provided. Just bring your beach towel and buckets.

lighted tennis court, sunshine and surfing.  In the winter there are 
many scheduled events.

Weekly rates:  $700.00  Monthly rates: 1950.00 (one week discount)

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only. All rates quoted 
above are subject to 6.5% state tax and 6% county tax.  Advanced 
reservations are required. $300.00 security deposit is required.  
Cleaning fee is $75.00 and subject to state tax. STARTING JULY 1ST I
