mere 200 yds from Kamaloe II Beach. Our NON SMOKING condo has 
everything that you will need to make your vacation special.The 
kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed for a gourmet 
meal or a quick bite.Towels and linens are provided, and there is a 
laundry facility adjacent to the large freshwater pool.  As gentle 
breezes blow from the ocean, you will enjoy the comfortable year 
round temperatures while you relax on the lanai.Within walking 
distance, there areseveral restaurants to choose from, as well as 
convience stores and equipment rental shops. World class golf and 
tennis as well as upscale shopping are nearby, just a short drive to 
Wailea.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season: Dec 16,07 to April 15,08: $825/wk, $3000/mo, $135/nt
Low Season: April 16,08 to Dec 15,08: $725/wk, $2475/mo, $120/nt   
High Season: Dec 16,08 to April 15,09: $875/wk, $3200/mo, $145/nt   
$200 per week deposit required at time of booking. Payment in full, 
plus $200 refundable security deposit required 45 days prior to 
arrival. Full Security deposit returned after checkout, presuming 
condo left as found. Rates based on double occupancy, additional 
adult guests $10 per night each. Cleaning fee of $80 required for 
stays of less than one week. Refunds less $100 processing fee if 
cancellation prior to 45 days before arrival. After 45 days prior to 
arrival, no refunds. 
Other units available for groups. Hawaii sales tax of 11.42% NOT 
included.
