$200 per week deposit required at time of booking. Payment in full,
plus $200 refundable security deposit required 45 days prior to
arrival. Full Security deposit returned after checkout, presuming
condo left as found. Rates based on double occupancy, additional
adult guests $10 per night each. Cleaning fee of $90 required for
stays of less than one week. Refunds less $100 processing fee if
cancellation prior to 45 days before arrival. After 45 days prior to
arrival, no refunds.Other units available for groups. Hawaii sales
tax of 13.42% NOT included. .
