Mansard Island Area Near Kentucky Lake in Paris

Located in the northwest part of Tennessee and just a short walk away from beautiful Kentucky Lake, we offer our lovely, fully-furnished home. 

Our sleeping accomodations include a queen and twin bed in one bedroom and a double bed AND a double futon bunk with twin above in the second.

There is also a couch in the living room and a couch in the family room.   

The home is 1350 square feet and is equipped with central heat and air.  The location is very quiet, as it is located at the end of a dead end street.

Included:

All kitchen appliances (stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), cooking utensils, dishes and silverware.

Washer and dryer.

Bed and bath linens.

We aso offer a swing for sitting under the shade of a beautiful big tree and a large 21 x 11 private deck. 

Fishing and water sports are the BIG THINGS here!  Mansard Island Resort is just steps away with a convenience store, boat launch, and a fully equipped marina where a pontoon boat can be rented.  Hidden Creek Campground is just one mile away and they offer another convenience store as well as gas for your car.  Dollar General Store is three miles away. 

GOLF - There are two 18 hole golf courses closeby.  The nearest is The Tennessean - an 18 hole championship golf course - and Paris Landing State Resort Park which is seven miles away.   

There is a roped off swimming area on the lake at Paris Landing State Resort Park as well as an outdoor swimming pool where lessons are offered. 

Minimum nightly rate is based on four people.  Could accomodate six.  Maximum rates are for the fifth and/or sixth person.
