The Romantic Sea Rose Beach Cottage is a quaint rose covered Cottage 
Suite for 1-4 people 
located one house back from oceanfront bluff at Sunset Beach. 
 
  
Decorated with a playful mix of Cottage antiques and wicker, we are 
in a small, quiet and private area with our 
own path/stairs to the sandy beach below.
The Sea Rose Beach Cottage is ground level living, no stairs to climb 
with the owners quarters above. The Shingle Style beach house 
is "Cape Cod Nantucket" inspired. The Cottage has it's own driveway 
for parking, glass paned French Door Entry, TV/cable and 2 brick 
patio rose gardens with BBQ. 
 
 

Escape to this romantic seaside getaway...hear the sounds of the 
surf, seals 
and seagulls. From the cottage see pelicans, dolphins and sailboats 
on the blue water. 
There are no cars or traffic here. We have a safe environment for 
children. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

A Vintage Cottage queen size bed and a white iron twin trundle bed  
will comfortably sleep a 
total of 4 people. 
Restaurants, shops and grocery stores are in the nearby Village.
In regard for our allergy prone guests, we do not allow
smoking indoors. A State Park surrounds us with sand dunes and  
Cypress 
trees for a "country at the beach" atmosphere. There are no motels or 
main roads with cars driving by in our secluded peaceful setting.

Activities and Attractions

The beach is a year-round playground for all...beachcombing for 
shells and sandollars, surfing and walks on the beach to watch the 
setting 
sun. This is the reason our beach is named Sunset Beach, one of 
California's "undiscovered" beaches. Picnic on the beach,
enjoy nearby attractions in our location on the Monterey Bay 
Sanctuary between Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Monterey Bay Aquarium. 
Nearby: 
Boardwalk, Surfing, Boogie Boarding, San Juan Bautista Mission, 
Aquarium, Mystery Spot, Fisherman's Wharf, Carmel-by-the-Sea, 17 mile 
Drive, Wineries, Antique shops, Golf, Kayaking the estuary, Whale 
watching trips and famous Restaurants: ~ Shadowbrook: very 
romantic.... ride the glass enclosed cable car down the hill to the 
river through 
the garden to 
arrive at the entrance. ~ The Crow's Nest: in the Santa Cruz Yacht 
Harbor overlooking the shoreline~ The Sea Harvest: new in Moss 
Landing 
has harbor views of seals and the fishing boats coming and going. 
They specialize in salads with broiled fish of your choice as a 
topping.

       Jan - May      $1150 weekly, week nights $195, Fri. & Sat. $250 nightly
       June - Sept.  $1495 weekly
       Oct. -  Dec.   $1395 weekly (excluding holidays) $195 nightly
