quiet area of Daytona Beach and is Family oriented, not a party
building.

one Car with 7' Door. We do not have a KIDDY POOL and Infants in

Weekly Rental Rates from $835 to $3.135, depending on your Vacation
Dates.  A $65 Cleaning Fee plus 12.5%
Florida Tax will be added to all Rental Rates.

WE have a $200 per week Booking Fee.  This Booking Fee is credited toward your total Rental Fee.

Cancellation Policy: Your Booking Fee will be refunded less 10%
of the Rental Fee, if you Cancel at least 30 days prior to the first
Date of your Reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the
extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period,
less a 10% Cancellation Fee. Full payment is expected at least 30
days prior to your Reservation Date. A 20% Cancellation Fee, 60 day
Cancellation Notice and 60 day Full Payment applies to Special Event
Dates. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy, unless the
Cancellations is initiated by the Owner.
