Situated on a double lot for lots of room to "roam" and for privacy, over 220 feet of prime frontage on Torch Lake! One of the top 3 lakes in the Nation (according to National Geographic) If you`re not familiar with the Sand Bar...it`s just that; (the Sand Bar is about a 10 mile ride by boat) however, it goes on for miles! Boaters spend the day swimming and socializing with others all day long.
If the Sand Bar is not your idea of boating fun...then, you`re still in luck! Torch Lake is part of the "Chain Of Lakes"; which connects to multiple lakes and quaint towns to explore!
So come on up and enjoy your boating adventures!
This home rents on a weekly basis from Sunday - Sunday during peak summer weeks.

Interior:
This home is HYPO ALLERGENIC as well, sorry no pets of any kind. Two of the bedrooms feature queen size beds, and the third bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunkbeds. Bathrooms are furnished with linens! Enjoy the large open kitchen with views of Torch Lake, a seperate dining area, and a living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and an additional sofa sleeper for extra guests. This home has Internet, flat screnn TV and a full size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
Exterior:
Large deck overlooking the 220 feet of prime Torch Lake frontage is a popular place to unwind from a day of boating. A firepit, grill, tables and chairs are available for dining and entertaining....and if bugs seem to "bug" you...take advantage of the screened in porch off the house, or better yet...take a nap!

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested.
The area hosts many activities; including the National Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Michael Moore`s Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino`s, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Opera House; you`re certain to stay busy.
Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.
Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround Traverse City. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you`ll want to tell your friends and family about (as you`re looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).
