Seacrest is the most delightful oceanfront condo in this area! First, it is NOT the typical high rise with dozens of kids running up and down the halls and teenagers partying outside your window every night! Seacrest is a one building condominium with only 7 units. Seacrest 102 is one of only two that are available for rent; the others are second homes for the owners, who are seldom there...so it is VERY private!

Everything is new: flooring, furnishings, appliances, bedding, everything! The furnishings are elegant but comfortable, appealing to those who want to enjoy beach life while maintaining a degree of more formal decor.

The living-dining-kitchen area is much more spacious than the typical condo, and it is  perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The living area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and elegant upholstered chairs. A large screen TV and gas fireplace (for our winter guests) create a cozy atmosphere. The large cherry dining table easily seats 6, with room for three more at the kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen is gorgeous, with granite counters, stainless appliances, and a complete supply of cooking equipment.

The living-dining-kitchen area overlooks a huge covered patio and the ocean beyond. The patio is a delightful spot to enjoy the sound of the waves while being shaded from the sun. At 33 x 12 feet, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the dining table and several lounge chairs, as well as the electric grill.

Three bedrooms and three baths complete the living area. The master suite opens onto the ocean side patio, so you can sleep to the sounds of the waves! It is furnished with a beautiful king size poster bed, plus a large private bath with soaking tub and separate shower.

The junior master has a lovely queen bed and a private bath with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is lively and comfy, with two twin beds. This bedoom opens into the hall bath, which also functions as a powder room. All are supplied with top quality bed and bath linens, sure to please the most discriminating renter!

Additional Rate Information

• Cleaning fees $150-$225. Save $75 by doing some basic tidying up; see rental agreement for explanation
• Taxes of 10% on rent, cleaning, and pet fees are additional
• Refundable reservation/deposit of $500 per week or less is additional
• Dogs considered on an individual basis with $200 pet fee for first dog and $100 for 2nd dog; no cats allowed
• There is NO CHARGE for babies up to 2 years of age in crib
• $300 up-charge for holiday weeks: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th; Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
• Credit cards accepted for deposits and last minute bookings
