Gorgeous 2nd floor Beachfront - Sandpiper in Tybee Island

This condo is offered for adult couples only.  No children or occupants under 25 years of age. 

Rain or shine, you will be very happy in this beautiful second floor beachfront condo.  This is the perfect getaway for a couple visiting Tybee Island for a week of fun in the sun.  It's also a great place for your honeymoon or anniversary celebration!

Beautifully remodeled, the Sandpiper is fresh and updated with beautifully coordinated decor that is comfortable and relaxing.  Debra and family spared no effort in making sure that every detail was covered during the furnishing and decorating of Sandpiper.  It's just "beautiful" and there's no other word better to describe it. 

Sandpiper has a beautiful new custom-built kitchen.  Equipped with dishwasher, microwave,  coffee pot, toaster, blender and waffle iron, we hope to make your food prep convenient.

We make every effort to ensure your comfort during your stay.  The condo is nicely stocked and equipped so you only need to bring your food and clothes.  Your bed and bath linens are very nice quality and comfortable.

Debra and Steve have provided nice tall deck chairs for your comfort while you relax on the deck.  Sunsets are absolutely gorgeous from this condo.  The dolphin will show off for you from morning until night.  Be and sure and watch for them behind the dolphin tour boats and, especially, the shrimpers. 

This condo is strictly "NO SMOKING" inside the condo and NO SMOKING on the deck.

A coin laundry room is about 20 feet from the condo.

We are a gated community so the people you see around you are owners or guests, like yourself, spending their vacation with us.

The complex offers 2 swimming pools and 3 tennis courts and miles of relatively private beach.  Because we are located in a residential area, with limited public access, you will find our beach is much less crowded than the south end of the Island.

While our most popular attraction is the beach, Tybee offers history for our guests.  Be sure and visit the Tybee Lighthouse and take a picnic lunch to Ft. Pulaski.

We have wonderful restaurants on Tybee.  We also offer a variety of music and art festivals during the summer months.

Savannah is a short 20 minute drive.  The historic district of Savannah is very interesting and quite entertaining.  River Street and City Market provide wonderful shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

A one time cleaning fee of $65 added to all reservations.

We prefer a 3 night minimum, however, will make 2 night reservations if available.  The higher rate applies to 2 nights.

The rates currently shown are for the fall season from November through February.  Seasonal rates apply for Tybee special events and holiday reservations.
