Set in a conservation area in the vicinity of clear lakes, WaterSong offers a tranquil retreat from the hectic theme parks. The villa is set on a large plot with NO BACK NEIGHBOURS; you will be able to relax in or around the huge pool in privacy, with only nature as your back neighbour!

PROPERY DESCRIPTION

Our stunning, privately owned, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, pool home, accommodates up to 12 people (10+ 2 infants) in contemporary designer luxury (no uncomfortable sofa bed in this home!). The contemporary interior has been designed by a professional interior decorator and as such the quality and styling are far superior to the norm – this is a little taste of Miami in Orlando!

The villa is a Mediterranean style home designed with generous open living areas and benefiting from 3 master suites, each with en suite facilities, making it ideal for a single family or two families sharing.

This property is fully and luxuriously equipped with many FREE extras (many you possibly wouldn’t even have thought of!)

POOL AREA

Our villa features a fabulous private, south facing, heated pool with Jacuzzi/Spa. At 30ft x 15ft this pool is much larger than the norm; great for all day fun in the sun. The deck area is also extra large providing lots of outdoor space. There is a covered lanai providing comfortable shade, here we have provided luxury pool furniture; table with 6 chairs for al fresco dining and 4 loungers for relaxing by the pool. There is also a pool bathroom and outdoor shower.  With safety in mind, there is a removable child safety fence around the pool and all exit doors are alarmed. There is even a selection of pool toys.

The pool and deck areas are screened for your comfort.

GROUND FLOOR

Living room - This bright and spacious room is at the heart of the home. You will find designer furnishings; stylish leather sectional seating and chaise and a 42” LCD HD TV with digital cable channels and DVD. An iPod dock and CD player cater for musical entertainment.

Dining room  - Here there is a gorgeous designer extendable dining table with sufficient seating for all guests. The smallest guest need not feel left out, a design conscious high chair is also provided. Mood lighting has been installed for those more intimate dinners, just touch the light fitting over the table and watch the lights dim.

Kitchen - The fully fitted kitchen has every modern convenience needed for your stay including the large American refrigerator, dish washer, electric kettle and coffee maker plus all the other appliances you would expect. Cookware, silverware, crockery, glassware and unbreakable items for outdoor use are all provided. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with bar stools. There is also a telephone.

The laundry area can be found in the garage, away from view, and includes washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Suite 1  - Overlooking the pool and with direct access to the deck this beautiful room has a US King size bed, en suite facilities with separate toilet, his and hers sinks and double size walk in shower. The walk in wardrobe contains a safe to store valuables during your stay. We have provided luxury cotton linens, a 20” LCD/DVD TV combo, clock radio, hairdryer and a portable telephone.

Master Suite 3  - at the front of the house on the ground floor. This is a Queen Size en suite room with built in wardrobe and designer furniture. Again there are luxury linens, a 20” LCD/DVD TV combo, and hairdryer.

Games Room - For your added entertainment we have converted our garage into a games room, housing, among other things, an 8ft pool table, 6ft table football, table & bar stools, iPod dock and CD player. The Bluray PlayStation 3 is located in bedroom 4.

UPPER FLOOR

Master Suite 2 – A beautiful en suite room with walk in wardrobe featuring a US King Size sleigh bed, floor mirror, 26” LCD/DVD TV combo, iPod dock, clock radio, hairdryer and a portable telephone with answering machine. This room also has lovely views over the pool and the nature reserve to the rear of the property.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 -are twin rooms sharing a “Jack and Jill” en suite bathroom. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and the same luxury cotton bed linen. Both have 20” LCD/DVD TV combos and bedroom 4 also has a PS3 with 2 remote controls.  

We also provide a comprehensive set of baby equipment.

WaterSong Resort is a gated community set in a peaceful location surrounded by rolling woodland and water conservation areas.

On site facilities at WaterSong include an elaborate, spacious 6,700sqft clubhouse which encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, and entertaining games arcade, a fitness centre and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun! Enjoy the large heated pool and spa, picnic area, children’s playground and beach volleyball court. All these facilities are available for you and your family to use at no extra charge.
