Fully furnished home in a 55+, gated, golf course community. Large eat-in tiled kitchen, updated with maple cabinets and Corian counter tops. New flat-surface stove, microwave, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser.
Split bedroom plan. Both bedrooms have french doors leading to enclosed, screened lanai. Newly carpeted master bedroom has a Cal. King bed and a large, private master bath with soaking tub, over-sized shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. All new tile.
Newly carpeted second bedroom has a queen size bed.
Great room features catherdral ceilings, Pergo flooring and formal dining area with sliders leading to the lanai.
Den has Pergo flooring and full size futon.
Lanai and patio look out over a wooded area, great for relaxing on the hammock in this quiet and private section of the community.

Well maintained, 18 hole golf course, 9 hole executive course and a pro shop is located at the country club. Tennis courts and shuffleboard.
There is full time activities director who coordinates a variety of crafts, water aerobics, card games, dances, book clubs, bus trips to places such as the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa, beaches, outlet malls, concerts, and mini-vacations to the Florida Keys, St, Augustine etc.
