Master bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom and exit to own porch.  Cal-King size bed and lots of drawers and closet space.

Downstairs bathroom in connection with master bedroom.  Newly remodeled with luxury amenities.  Travertine and natural stone throughout.  Heated floors.  Jacuzzi bathtub.

Upstairs bedroom in cottage style with Queen bed and own bathroom.  Door to back deck.

All utilities included.

$1200 security deposit.  

Cleaning fee: $50-$200 depending on condition house is left in, to be subtracted from security deposit
