Lovely one bedroom, one bath condo unit, located on the 2nd floor, with large windows in the Living area and Bedroom overlooking Lake Michigan.  The complex is situated on a large private beach, one of the best in the area!! The views from the unit are incredible!! Watch the sunsets from the unit or the expansive community deck, well furnished with tables, chairs and lounges. The complex has a large,heated pool, and you are just a few steps from a wide, private beach.  This unit rents Saturday to Saturday, by the WEEK only.. .The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances, includes dishwasher, microwave, and dishes for dining inside or out on the deck, enjoying the view!

The living area is nicely furnished, and decorated with the beach in mind.  It is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa .  There is a 25" TV,DVD, and stereo/CD combination for guests to enjoy.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, television,  two dressers, and large closet.  You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves, and wake up to a view of the lake!!  The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.  

Unit is equipped with air conditioner.   Kitchen has all large and small appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, etc.  All linens are furnished (please bring your own beachtowels).  There are ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom.  There are barbeque grills, tables, chairs and lounges for all guests to enjoy on the deck.  Coin operated laundry located within the building.  Private parking, private beach.

South Haven is located along LAKE MICHIGAN , offering boating, fishing, kayaking,swimming, or just walking the beach, which goes for miles.  The condo is located within easy walking distance to downtown, shopping, restaurants, the local deli, small movie theatre,  the pier and SOUTH HAVEN'S LIGHTHOUSE!!  Summertime brings the HARBORFEST, FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS, ART FAIRS AND BLUEBERRY FESTIVAL!! There are also wineries and art galleries within easy driving distance. 

WINTER AT THE BEACH CAN BE BEAUTIFUL!  MANY OF THE STORES AND RESTAURANTS ARE OPEN YEAR ROUND, AND THERE IS A SMALL THEATRE DOWNTOWN.  THERE IS A STATE PARK 5 MILES SOUTH OF TOWN FOR CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING.  OR JUST SIT INSIDE, LOOKING OUT AT THE LAKE, WITH A GLASS OF WINE OR A CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE!!
