One visit and you will plan to return again. Located directly on St. Augustine Beach, on Anastasia Island, this 2 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms is located in Ocean Village Club. It is a gated ocean side complex with 2 pools (1 heated), 2 shuffle board courts, 2 tennis courts, picnic area with tables and benches for BBQ with charcoal grills, and a brand new exercise facility at the club house. Moreover, the club house has a small library, internet services via a computer and WIFI for guests who wish to use their own computers. The buildings are surrounded by lighted walkways and palm trees.  The complex has its private and secured access boardwalk to the beach. P37 is on  the 3rd floor of a 3 storey building with a view of the ocean.  It overlooks one of the two pools and one of the shuffle board courts. IT IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV set, a private bathroom and access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and for additional privacy it is located at the opposite end of the unit. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper for additional capacity.  It has been designed on an open floor plan that allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area can be used for casual eating with new stools at the counter or more formal dining around the table.  All cookware and tableware are included.  Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you to relax.  Enjoy the TV, DVD or VCR player while inside or step outside and relax on the balcony while you listen to the ocean waves and smell the sea breeze.

Ocean Village Club is only 7 miles from picturesque historic district of downtown St. Augustine which is full of old-world atmosphere, historic homes, easily explored on foot. The old Spanish Fort ''Castillo de San Marcos '' the formidable 17th century structure built by the Spanish to defend La Florida, is the country's oldest fort with its double-drawbridge, and the famed Light Tower. The town has retained much of its Spanish past in some of its homes and larger architecture. There are many restaurants abound on the cobble stone streets of the old town. Other attractions include: The Alligator Farm, Ripley Believe it Or Not Museum, Flagler College, Ghost Tours, The Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, Lightner Museum,  The Old Jail, etc., Nearby attractions include the Premium and Prime outlet malls, SawGrass TPC golf course,  PGA Golf Hall of Fame, Marineland, Disney Orlando and The Kennedy Space Center. Several restaurants, including fine and casual dining are just few blocks away including The World Famous Oasis Grill and Saltwater Cowboys.  Other shopping needs and Flagler Hospital are just few minutes away.
