At Lake View Villa near Orlando Florida you will enjoy a fantastic private location. The sun is on the garden all day and gets to the pool area about 10.30 in the morning and stays there until sunset.

At the villa you will have your own games room and private pool with a beautiful view over Lake Joe. Image having your breakfast on the lanai watching a variety of birds over the lake - oh so peaceful!

On arriving in Florida you will be able to go straight to the villa, as the key will be in a key box by the front door. You will be provided with the code a week before you travel. We visit the villa every six months to ensure that it is kept in tiptop condition. We want you to have a great holiday experience and enjoy staying at our villa as much as we do.

You will have the benefit of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so no waiting your turn in the morning.

The extended private garden will give you and your family all of the outdoor space that you need.

Golf is obviously available on site at the Southern Dunes Golf Club but nearby there are plenty of other courses to choose from, for example Highland Reserve, Champions Gate or even the Disney Golf courses.

Also on site there are two tennis courts, a small gym, club house, putting green and golf range as well as three communial swimming pools.

In addition to being only 20 minutes away from Walk Disney World and about 30 minutes from Universal and Sea World you will also be ideally situation for:

Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center & Daytonna Beach: In just over an hour you can be on the Atlantic coast which is great for a beach day out or to see a shuttle launch if your Florida vacation co-incides with one. At Daytonna Beach you can drive your car onto the beach but Cocoa Beach is the nearest.

St Pete’s, Clearwater, Fort de Soto: These beaches are about an hour and half away on the Gulf of Mexico. You will find kayaking, fishing, cycling, para gliding and jet skying as well as beautiful beaches along this pretty coast.

Pool heating is $26 a night if required

For stays of less than 7 nights an additional cleaning fee of $110 payable.

A security deposit of $400 is payable with all bookings (refunded within 30 days of your return subject to no  breakages or damange)

A non refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure all bookings (deducted from the final balance due).   Final balance due 10 weeks prior to your vacation.
