This dog friendly 4 bedroom/2.5 bath Tahoe City luxury vacation rental is located a 1/2 mile south of Tahoe City has been completely remodeled including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, drywall and fixtures. The house features heated slate floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, flat screen tv, wireless hight speed internet, front patio with nicely appointed patio furniture, and a hot tub on the back deck facing the forest (64 acre parcel). Tenants can walk to bike into Tahoe City in the summer and in the winter you are close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood ski areas.
All Agate Bay Realty rentals are fully equipped with linens, towels, spa towels, free high speed wireless internet, pots/pans, microwave, coffee maker, TV's and DVD's, washer and dryer, and barbecue. The house also will have a starter set of paper towels, soap and toilet paper.
