Dallam Cottage is conviently located in the quaint South Hill Historic District between the downtown business district and the University of Kentucky campus. The was fully renovated and restored in 2002. The Victorian cottage, built in 1875, features a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath and dressing room, a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a large master bedroom with an elegant queen size four-poster bed. Additional sleeping accomdations for one person are located in a small loft accessed by a ship's ladder. The cottage has central air and heat, a computerized temperature control system, and ceiling fans.

The amenities include a wood burning fire place, flat screen television, a European sound system, and monitored security. There is a private deck and fenced rear yard. Weekly maid service and off street parking is also provided.
