Deposit and Fees:

Non-refundable Cleaning Fee:
$45/- for One Bedroom - $35/- for Studio

Refundable Damage Deposit:
$250/- (refunded within 15 days of departure)

25% of rent with a minimum of $250/- due as a deposit upon reservation
Balance due within one month prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

More than 90 days notice - No cancellation Fee
30 to 90 days notice - $300/- cancellation Fee
Less than 30 days - no refunds.
