Sleeps 2 - Large beautiful Master suite - king bed, large his and her bathroom with walk in shower with double shower heads, double vanity, private toilet, walk in closet, second level, private AC system

Sleeps 3 - Sleep Loft - three single twin size beds, third floor, private AC system, plasma TV with video  game player

Sleeps 8 - Guest Bedroom First Floor - Four single twin beds, two futon sleepers, One king bed that can be separated into two more twin size XL beds, private AC system.  This open ground floor (approx 1500sf) is composed of three different sleep areas and a TV lounge.  The floor also has two bathrooms.  The ground floor is a loft type setup.  Its open and separated by curtain tracks and armoirs which do afford some visual privacy.  Please see photos of this ground floor setup.  This large loft type space is great for family reunions, corporate retreats and groups not expecting privacy for intimacy.  Second and third level sleeping quarters do afford privacy for intimacy.

1 - 3 guest  $400/night, min of two nights, rate decrease with longer occupancy 

4 - 6 guest  $600/night, min of two night stay, rates decrease with longer occupancy

7 - 9 guest $700/night, min of two night stay, rates decrease with longer occupancy

10 - 13 guest $800/night min of two nights stay, rates decrease with longer occupancy

Small groups reservations will only be taken approx 2 weeks prior to arrival
