The perfect getaway. Beautiful, air conditioned lakefront property on kid-friendly Upper Upper Silver Lake. Walk out the back door to the water's edge just 40 feet from the back door. Swim or fish in our quiet non-motorized lake, use our full lake access and play on your speedboat or jet skis on Upper Silver Lake - just a short walk to the common area there.
This newer 1 bedroom sleeps 8 comfortably. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a full size futon bed. It has central air conditioning, 1 large full bathroom, stackable washer and dryer, tv/vcr in the bedroom and tv/dvd/vcr in the living room, both with cable TV. The kitchen has a microwave and four burner cook top (no oven), small appliances, and is stocked with dishes and utensils. Very neat and clean property.
Ample room for an RV with electric and water hook up included in rental price.
Outside has a cement firepit area, front and rear deck areas, dock, gas grill, 5 person paddle boat, 8' fishing boat with oars, and a slide for the kids.
Only 1.5 miles from Dune Entrance, 1/2 mile from Golf Course, 1.5 miles from Craigs Cruisers

Dates are filled on a first come first served basis. Dates will NOT be held without payment of $200 security deposit and signed rental agreement.
Full rental amount required a minimum of four weeks prior to check in.
Weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday
Memorial Day through Labor day are weekly rentals only. Spring and Fall are 2 night minimum.
$800 per week Memorial Day through Labor Day, $650 per week all other weeks during the spring and fall.
No Cleaning Fee!!
