This Oceanfront, beautifully remodeled unit has nothing "standard" about it, everything has been upgraded to "exceptional". Professionally decorated in bright Caribbean colors, this unit has plenty of room for a party of six to spread out, with a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the sugar white sandy beach and crystal clear waters of the gulf. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets make this the ideal place for a romantic get away or relaxing family vacation. This unit is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, less than one mile from picturesque Seaside, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.  A complimentary beach setup (2 lounge chairs & 1 umbrella) waits for you just outside your door (beach chair service is available March-October) and the gulf front pool (heated Nov-May) provides a change of pace while using the gas grills and picnic area. 

All bed & bath linens are provided, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (large and roomy with plenty of counter space and a full size pantry). Full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove (electric), microwave, disposal, coffee maker, ice tea maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer, electric knife, crock pot, all utensils and cookware are provided for your use. This unit has a FULL size washer & dryer (not a stack unit), iron & ironing board, ceiling fans in all rooms (and of course, central A/C), 2 TV's + cable, 2 VCR's, DVD, stereo, CD player, radio alarm clocks,  games, puzzles, children's video's, & books (adult & children). There is a third TV and VCR in the 2nd bedroom which is provided in order to connect your game system and view video tapes. High Speed Wireless Internet access is provided just in case your vacation requires you to stay in touch with the office!

Late Summer (8/14-9/18): $165/day; $1020/week

Rates do not include $85 cleaning fee, 11.5% tax & $300 refundable damage deposit.
