This Oceanfront, beautifully remodeled unit has nothing "standard" about it, everything has been upgraded to "exceptional". Professionally decorated in bright Caribbean colors, this unit has plenty of room for a party of six to spread out, a king bed in the master (with a new pillow-top mattress), two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom and living room has a private balcony overlooking the sugar white sandy beach and crystal clear waters of the gulf. The balcony is furnished with a table & chairs for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments...making it the perfect spot for romantic sunsets and sunrises. Adults and children love the view...you'll very often see dolphins and sea turtles swim by. This unit is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach and than one mile from picturesque Seaside, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.  A complimentary beach setup (2 lounge chairs & 1 umbrella) waits for you just outside your door (beach chair service is available March-October) and the gulf front pool (heated Nov-May) provides a change of pace while using the gas grills and picnic area. We even provide 6 beach towels for you.

All bed & bath linens are provided, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (large and roomy with plenty of counter space and a full size pantry). Full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove (electric), microwave, disposal, coffee maker, ice tea maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer, electric knife, crock pot, all utensils and cookware are provided for your use. This unit has a FULL size washer & dryer (not a stack unit), iron & ironing board, ceiling fans in all rooms (and of course, central A/C), Large 40" LCD HDTV (connected to HD cable with sports package so you don't miss any football games) with blu-ray DVD player in the living room, 20" TV with DVD player in master bedroom, stereo, CD player,  alarm clocks,  games, puzzles, children's video's, & books (adult & children). There's a 3rd TV and VCR in the 2nd bedroom so the kids can connect their game system and watch movies. Free High Speed Wireless Internet access is also provided... just in case your vacation requires you to stay in touch with the office!

Late Spring: (4/13 - 5/18): $1150/week; $180/day (3 day min)

Summer: (5/18 - 8/10): $1650/week...WEEKLY ONLY (Sat-Sat)...NO DAILY RATE

Late Summer: (8/10 - 8/31): $1150/week; $180/day (3 day min) 

Fall: (8/31 - 11/2): $990/week; $160/day (3 day min)

Winter (11/2 - 3/8/2014):  $650/week...$125day...$1350/month*
     *Monthly rate is based on 28 consecutive days (Sat-Sat)  

Rates do not include $85 cleaning, 12% tax & $300 refundable damage deposit

Maximum occupancy is limited to 6 (this includes adults, children, toddlers & infants)

We do not rent to vacationing college students, young adults under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups (1 adult is required for every 3 individuals under the age of 25
