Lake Michigan Lakefront w/beach in Muskegon

Clean/comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom cottage/in-law suite (sleeps 5/approx. 660 sq.ft.)  on Lake Michigan lakeshore.  

Our cottage is on the grounds of Maranatha Bible Conference Center, at the mouth of the Mona Lake channel.  There is nothing between the cottage and your  private beach on Lake Michigan (approx. 500ft away). There is nothing to obstruct your view of West Michigan shoreline sunsets while you grill on the deck (charcoal grill included).

NOTE:  Photos below shows ariel view of where the cottage is located (directly to the left of the pool - small white building - on the corner of the channel to Mona Lake. 

Renter(s) agree to pay Maranatha's conference fees of $165/week ($16/day per person) to enjoy all amenities and summer/vacation program.

Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher/microwave), full bath (standing shower), new queen size bed, brand new twin-over-double bunk bed (sleeps 3), linens, towels, dishes, all cookware, television (cable) and all the comforts of home supplied.

No pets please. 5 people maximum.

Available June through Labor Day weekend.

Weekly rate is based on 7 night stay. 

Nightly rate subject to 3 night min stay...........$150.00 per night

Rates DO NOT include Marantha's fees. 

Daily Guest Rates:     $  16.00 per per person
Weekly Guest Rates: $165.00/week

All fees must be paid by renter(s) DIRECTLY to Maranatha upon arrival in order to enjoy all amenities on the grounds. 

Cottage owner is not responsible for ANY Maranatha fees not paid by renters. 

A non-refundable deposit of $425 (for weekly rentals) is required to secure a rental.  Please contact owners for weekend/daily rentals deposit.  

Balance due upon arrival.  A cleaning deposit of $100 is due upon check-in and will be returned if cottage is left in good condition.
