Accommodations:  Townhome, 2 Bedrooms plus Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4 - 6) This a  first-floor carriage home with beautiful views of lake and sunsets.  It is located in Colonial Country Club, a gated community built by Pulte Homes, named America's Best Builder and just one mile east of I-75 on Exit 136.

It is only 15 minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport. Fort Myers “The City of Palms” offers great beaches, fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and a short drive to Sanibel Island and Captiva. This gated community is located near shopping areas, pharmacies, and hospitals.

Colonial Country Club features a full service clubhouse with a dining room, grill room, and a snack bar. The Dining Room features daily specials and there is dancing every Thursday night.

The fitness center is outfitted with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a library, meeting room, massage rooms, golf pro shop. It also has an activity center with a full time director.

There are eight Har-Tru and two hard surface tennis courts. The clubhouse also has an extensive tennis pro shop, with tennis products and services. The 18 hole golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis, with an aquatic driving range and putting green.

Colonial Country Club includes approximately 150 acres of protected natural preserve areas and 150 acres of fresh water lakes. The path is only for pedestrians and bikes, roller blades etc. not allowed. Great for bird-watching enthusiasts or joggers.

Our unit is 1400 square feet and built in 2004. It features a kitchen with a table, a separate dining area, and great room which overlooks the lanai and the lake. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, dresser with mirror, two night stands, television, and a large walk-in closet and overlooks the lake. The en suite bath offers double sinks, glass door shower, and separate toilet area. The guest bedroom features twin beds with a dresser and  night stand. The guest bath includes a tub with shower. Linens are provided for both bedrooms and baths. Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom.

This house features a furnished, screened lanai, complete with table and four chairs. There is a one car garage with added overhead storage, a visitor parking space within thirty yards. This unit is thirty yards from our neighborhood pool, hot tub and BBQ grills. 

Every Tuesday evening there is “pot luck”, around the pool area, with friendly neighbors.
