Sunrise Ridge is a new waterfront resort located on warm and sandy Rathtrevor Beach. This large 2 bedroom condo with 12 foot ceilings is located in the main lodge. This professionally decorated, "home away from home", comes complete with all you need to make your vacation comfortable and fun. Please note that while the lodge itself was completed in June of 2008, the resort itself is still undergoing construction.

You will be pampered with top-of- the-line appliances and furnishing including: pillow-top mattresses, granite countertops, in-floor heating, a 32" flat screen TV in the living room, 2 - 19" flat screen TV's in each of the two bedrooms, a cozy electric fireplace and a patio with barbeque. There are 2 full bathrooms; one with an oversized 2 person shower and the other with a larger soaker tub. Washer and dryer are in suite. 24 hour front desk staff are available to assist you with any questions or needs.

Parksville is well-known for its year round golfing, sandy beaches and moderate climate. With its central location on Vancouver island, you are well positioned for day trips to Victoria, Tofino, and many of the surrounding islands. Visit Mount Washington (1 hour away) for down-hill skiing/snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Indulge yourself at the world famous "Grotto Spa".
