Four bedrooms (king, king, 2 twins, 2 twins+trundle) and three bathrooms upstairs along with the large bonus room which provides extra getaway space for new large flat-screen HDTV, games, toys, washer/dryer, & sleeper sofa.   Newly finished basement is really fun for kids -- wide-open, carpeted, foosball, games, TV, & craft area.

Biddeford Pool is a small former fishing village with everything you need in a quiet, fun, natural area.  Kids can have the freedom to ride bikes anywhere in this little enclave that's nearly an island.  
Great beaches, biking, walking, birding, fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, body-surfing, and just enjoying the beach & sun -- plus all the nearby convenience of Portland (25 min), Kennebunkport (15 min), and even the honky-tonk Old Orchard Beach amusement park (15 min).
