Attention, renters! This year our lake had been drawn down. It is not clear if it will be filled up
this summer. We offer 30% discount for those still willing to rent our property when the lake is
still not filled up. The larger lake in the Community is available for renter's use. For further

This lakefront property is a 2-bedroom guest house located in
Arrowhead Community. This .78 acre property consists of 2 separate
buildings: main house and guest house, they are about 20-30 feet
away from each other. Guest house renters have lake access and part
of the property for their use.
The living quarters of the guest house are located above the garage
(see pictures). It offers: living room with beautiful views of
lake, large fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and one and a half-
bath. There
is also a full bathroom and laundry room downstairs. There is also a
large screen porch with lake views.
This little house offers a lot of comfort, luxurious views, lake in
your back yard, privacy as well as modest spending. This place
sleeps 7 people comfortably. It is located within walking distance
form the public beaches, outdoor pool and tennis court.
It is within a large community that has a club house that offers
many events for adults and children year round.
Ski slopes are nearby for those who like winter sports. Jack Frost
and Big Boulder are about 15 min. away.
You will find plenty of restaurants in the towns nearby, all 10-20
min. away. There is an antique mall, beautiful mountain villages and
lots of other attractions around. You will find lots of things to do
here and you will love it here no matter what season you’ll choose
to come.

Guest house offers cable TV, VCR, game table that has 7 different
games including fusball, hockey, ping-pong, chess and other. There
is a charcoal grill;
screen porch has patio furniture. Tenants have access to part of the
property and part of the lake shore. There is a peddle boat for
tenants. Fishing is allowed in the lake with proper permits.

Arrowhead Lakes community has several beaches, two pools and two
tennis courts on it's territory. This house is conveniently located
just minutes away from any of these. Takes about 7 minutes walking
to get to the beach and about the same to get to the pool and tennis
court.
There is a club house that offers different events year round.

For those who ski: Big Boulder and Jack Frost are about 15 min. away
(driving distance).

Arrowhead community charges $25 per gate pass for each car and $25
