3. Lower Ocean Bedroom: Full size bed with pillowtop matresses, sitting area and Balcony with attached bath with upscale shower.

4. Lower Middle Bedroom: 2 single beds with attached bath with upscale shower and tub with Jacuzzi.

5. Lower Chula Bedroom: 1 full size bed with pillowtop mattresses, outside exit to back yard with attached bath with upscale shower.

Four master remotes for the house control the entire house, including security, heating and AC, lights, shades, drapes, television sets, the central music, the master bedroom fire place, at the touch of a button. Ofcourse, you can use the fancy switches too.

Wow! It even has an elevator! Enjoy the granduer circular stairs as you enter the mansion.

2 person master jaccuzzi has water proof pillows, 10 different lights and continuous hot water, and a 39" Flat Panel TV across for entertainment. There are separate his and hers toilet, with a bidet in the ladies' toilet.

A back yard with a fire-pit. Provision for a future outdoor Jacuzzi in the back yard. A cool Breezeway is outside the upper bedroom and is soothing and relaxing!

Endless activities within a couple of miles; the beach, Doheny Park, the water activities such as the kayak and jet ski rentals, the yatch club, the harbor, Dana Island, the ferry to Catalina and much more.

Depending on the time of year there are many festivals, like July 4th, whales show, Boat show etc.

Many attractions are about an hour or less like Balboa Island, New port Beach, Long Beach, Disney Land, California Adventure, San Diego old town, Knotts Berry farm, Universal studio, legoland, Sea world, Hollywood, Beverly Hills , Santa Monica Pier and Six Flags. I probably still missed some.

$1000 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee for rentals by night.

$2000 security deposit and $200 cleaning fee for rentals by week.

$5000 security deposit and $500 cleaning fee for rentals by month.
