Spend your summer vacation in Maine, “the Way Life Should Be”, at Savin Seas, a beautiful home on Peaks Island, just a 20 minute ferry ride from Portland. Constructed in 2005, the house is the perfect setting to relax with family and friends and enjoy the splendor of summer in New England.

House includes:
Living room with fireplace;
Open kitchen/dining area, with new appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker;
Den with double futon and TV/DVD;
Two full baths, one with washer/dryer;
Front porch with rocking chairs;
Back deck with charcoal grill, table and chairs;
Hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout;

Linen service avaialble for additional fee.

Sleeping Availability:
Master Bedroom: 1 queen;
1st Guest Bedroom: 1 queen and 1 twin;
2nd Guest Bedroom: 2 twins;
Den: 1 queen futon.

Take in all that the Peaks community has to offer: pancake breakfasts, art shows, church fairs, dining at any of the island's 3 restaurants, all with stunning ocean views. Keep active with nature walks, hiking and biking around the 5 mile Island, kayaking, or fishing off “back shore”. Or just relax at the beach or in a rocking chair on the front porch.  Walking Time To: “Down Front”/Ferry, Stores and Restaurants: 12 minutes; Beach: 5 minutes; “Back Shore”: 20 minutes.

$1,600 a week from July 1 through Labor Day 
Additional weeks (or week-ends) available before and after these dates for off-season rates.
