Vacation Rental Description

Beach Retreat, built in 2004, offers incredible unobstructed gulf front views overlooking 800 
feet of private renourished white sand beaches. Our second floor unit has stunning panoramic views 
of the Gulf.    

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Gated complex has 3,000 square foot heated pool, deeded beach access, barbeque 
grills and a picnic area. Lush tropical landscaping and accent brick pavers surround the pool, 
driveway and parking areas. Two elevators on each floor.

Panoramic Gulf Front Views!

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath unit offers 10'ceilings w/crown molding, designer furnishings, tiled floors 
throughout, carpeted bedrooms, full size washer/dryer in unit, central A/C, & ceiling fans. Fully 
equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and icemaker, all kitchenware/linens & 
towels. Three cable TV's with DVD players. Internet service included. Our unit has king bed in 
master, queen in second bedroom and hall twin bunk beds. 

*Sorry, No Smoking, No Pets allowed.

Activities and Attractions

On site:  3,000 square foot heated pool & outside BBQ grills. Private beach with complimentary beach 
service (beach umbrella and two beach chairs set up daily by beach attendant). On site boat, jet-ski 
and kayak rentals. 

Activities nearby: Numerous golf courses to choose from, recreation and amusement parks, water 
parks, Gulfarium, outdoor music/activities at Bay Towne Wharf, museums, fishing & Silver Sands 
Outlet shopping Mall just 2 miles east. Great restaurants within walking distance. Theatres and 
bowling alley nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal rates $900 - $1700
Weekly rentals only during peak seasons.
Weekly rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday.
$300 deposit required upon booking.
 
Must Be at least 25 years old to rent.

Maximum number of people in unit is 6.
