Your Summer Place in South Lake Tahoe

Get away and relax on the beach or the deck.  In a quiet family neighborhood with flat terrain great for walking or biking.  On San Francisco Ave. between Belleview and Berkeley, our summer place is about eight blocks from the major intersection of Lake Tahoe Blvd (HWY 50) and Tallac Ave. in the Al Tahoe area of South Lake Tahoe.  It is three blocks to the lake, one to the meadow and a few short blocks to restaurants, drive-in burgers, Kayak and bike rental and more.

Three bedrooms and den, two baths, decks front and back, two car garage, off street parking for four vehicles.  Fully furnished including beach towels, linens, well stocked kitchen with all appliances, laundry room, gas BBQ (propane included) internet, cable, two digital flat screen TVs, and board games.  In the garage is a ping pong table and vollyball and badminton  gear

Three blocks away is the lake with a boat launch and beach with a small park.  About six blocks away are tennis courts with night lighting.  The golf course is within a mile.  The flat terrain makes the area a great place to ride your bike

It's only three blocks to the lake, one to the meadow and a few short blocks to restaurants, drive-in, Kayak and bike rental and more.  At home you have board games, internet, cable and a very sunny deck for reading and relaxing.

Stay the weekend for $300.00 or a weekday for $125.00.  Spend the whole week for only $750.00 plus cleaning fee and returnable damage deposit.

This house is very comfortable and has a well equiped kitchen.  If you don't feel like cooking, you can walk to a steak and seafood place up the street.
