There are several decks with incredible views of the lake.  The house is fully winterized and has a large wood burning fireplace in the Living Room.  There is an ample yard & a beautiful dock to enjoy the lake.  There are 50 stairs to the house and to the lake so please take your party's ability to navigate the stairs into account. Located 2 miles from downtown Ithaca and 5 miles from Cornell. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, & the Commons.

Ithaca is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region.  There are beautiful state parks nearby with incredible hikes through breathtaking gorges, hikes range from easy to challenging.  Farmer's Market on the weekends should not be missed.  There are many wonderful things to do in Ithaca ranging from relaxing on the dock to taking a tour of the wineries.

50% required to hold a reservation, returned with a signed rental contract.  Remaining half, plus $ 300 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.  $75 cleaning fee due 30 days prior to rental date.  Security deposit refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any damages.
