This beautiful retreat has recently undergone a total interior renovation. Enjoy a week in this pristine cottage with sweeping views of the lighthouse!  The immaculate cottage boasts new carpet, floors and paint as well as an all new kitchen including all fixtures and appliances.  Breath taking views of Nubble Lighthouse are seen from the expansive windows across the front of the house and from the spacious, raised deck.  The cottage has two private bedrooms and a 3/4 bath on the main level.  There is a fully renovated ground floor play room / 3rd bedroom (pullout sofa).

The cottage is on Nubble Road (ocean side) just a stone's throw from Brown's Ice Cream!

No matter what your vacation style, a week on Nubble Point is for you.  This picturesque cottage can serve as your home base while you spend your days doing whatever suits you…..  beach, swimming, golf, history, sightseeing, antiques, walking, running, reading, eating – whatever your preference, York Beach is a great location. 

The house is situated on the point with rocky shores.  You can walk or bike to a beach on either side of the point for a relaxing rest or an eye opening swim in the ocean.  There are a couple of restaurants that are walking distance along with the delicious ice cream at Browns which is just a block away.

Rates for 2011:

April, May & October = $1,250 per week

June & September = $1,500 per week

July & August = $2,400 per week
