House is right on the beach in Palmetto Dunes, a gated community in the middle of the island.The residential area of Palmetto Dunes is a peaceful area with many trees, as well as a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Heatable pool (14' x 28') is on the ocean side. Private beach walk and deck on the dune from which you can see the pool and beach at the same time. Beach is wide with lots of soft, white sand. Direct view of ocean from all major living areas and bedrooms. House is equipped with wireless Internet, includes beach towels for your use, as well as games, videos and sand toys for the kids. Many extras not usually provided in a rental home. We have been renting directly, as well as through our rental company for 15 years now, and are constantly making improvements to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Island is famous for golf and tennis. Great family vacation spot, with easy bike ride to the general store and tennis courts.  Email us for more info, photos and guest reviews.

Linens, towels, departure cleaning all included.  Beach towels supplied for your use (great advantage!).  Games, beach toys, videos provided for children and adults.  Sunday New York Times also included during regular season.

This property provided us with the best vacation ever! The house is absolutely beautiful. The secluded heated pool and spa were are favorite features. The private access to the beach was an added bonus. The house is located in a gated, secure community with activities and shopping nearby. Unlike other properties, the owner provides linens, towels, and cleaning after your visit. We give this place our highest recommendation!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Beautiful, Stunning, Can't put into words

We had such an amazing time being right on the beach! The house was absolutely beautifully decorated - We had pool and spa heated made it SUPER NICE. Owners are amazing to deal with ... We cannot wait to stay again hopefully one more time before the end of this year and then a couple times next year. I HIGHLY recommend this homeowner if you want a beautiful, quiet, and absolutely beautiful beach front home to stay in. So many things to do right in Palmatto Dunes ... Amazing restaurants near by! Cannot wait to go again!!!! Thanks again!

Always a great time

We have stayed at 10 Ketch for many years. We started out as just all adults with spouses and now we have incorporated four children (ages 11-6). We love the location, the views from the four bedrooms, the spacious bathrooms, the pool, all of it. We feel very lucky we have had this perfect location year after year for our annual family vacation!
