Beautiful fenced, landscaped yard, deck on back of house. VERY quiet 'hood in  
the middle of Austin. 
2000 square feet 
- Two bedrooms, one with Scandinavian orthopedic (not Tempurpedic)king-size  
bed, the other with an excellent queen-size bed (the bedrooms are at the  
opposite ends of the house from each other, each with its own full  
bath/shower) 
- Two central air & heating systems, one at each end of house

- Three full bathrooms with hair dryer in one. 
- Office with dsl internet connection (for your laptop) with TV/VHS combo &  
DVD player, stereo and very comfortable couch (but not a fold-out).  
- Gourmet kitchen with gas cook-top and double built-in ovens.  Microwave,  
toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder.- Den off kitchen with 42-inch HD  
plasma wall-mounted TV, dvd player and full stereo

- Laundry room with washer/dryer

Vacation Rental Amenities

We are located close (1.5 miles) to downtown Austin, Texas, within  
walking distance of 
- the Capitol   
- South Congress Avenue shops ("SoCo" shops & Restaurants, just a few blocks  
away) 
- The Continental Club and annual (each March) South by Southwest Music and    
Film Festival and the Austin City Limits Festival. 
- 6th Street and 4th Street 'Warehouse' club and restaurant district. 
- Close to best bus lines in Austin (one free line, the Orange'Dillo,  
  goes downtown and to Univ. of Texas campus.  
- Big 24-hour HEB grocery store at the end of our block. 
- 20 minutes to Austin Bergstrom airport. 
- 30 minutes from Lake Travis (depending on traffic) 
- house is directly across the street from St. Ignatius Catholic Church

Vacation Rental Rates

The house is booked through May 31,2009.  That means it is rented for SXSW,  
in March 2009. 
Rates are (all taxes, utilities, etc included): 
1 - 2 people:  $175/night (2-night minimum), $900/wk, $2,000/mo. 
3-4 people (children over age 1 count as "people"):  $250/night (2 night  
minimum), $1,100/wk, $2,200/month.   
Five people max, with the fifth person sleeping on the couch or our  
rollaway bed. $30 a night extra for fifth person.   
$250 refundable security deposit.  If you have a pet, we add $100 to  
the deposit.  All deposits are totally refundable, if there are no  
damages.  We take checks, cash, money orders, Paypal (possible fee). 
Also - will exchange with people in Mexico (just about anywhere), New  
York City, Italy, London or Paris.
