Beautiful fenced, landscaped yard, deck on back of house. VERY quiet 'hood in the middle of Austin.

1 - 2 people (children do count as "people"): $175/night (2-night minimum), $900/wk, $2,000/mo.
3 - 4 people: $250/night (2-night minimum), $1,100/wk, $2,300/month.
$250 refundable security deposit. If you have pets or children, we add $100 to
the deposit. All deposits will be refunded if there are no
damages. We take checks, cash, money orders, Paypal (possible fee).
