Beautiful fenced, landscaped yard, deck on back of house. VERY quiet 'hood in the middle of Austin.

king-size bed, the other with an excellent queen-size bed (the bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the house from each other, each with its own full bath/shower). TV in queen-size bedroom.

- Three full bathrooms with hair dryer in one.
- Office with dsl internet connection (for your laptop) hi-def TV & DVD player, stereo and very comfortable leather couch (not a sleeper sofa).
- Gourmet kitchen with gas cook-top and double built-in ovens, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder.

Our regular rates are (all taxes, utilities, etc included):
1 - 2 people (children do count as "people"): $175/night (2-night minimum), $1,000/wk, $2,000/mo.
3 - 4 people: $250/night (2-night minimum), $1,200/wk, $2,300/month.
$250 refundable security deposit. If you have pets or children, we add $100 to
the deposit. All deposits will be refunded if there are no
damages. We take checks, cash, money orders, Paypal (possible fee).
