- Office with wireless internet connection (for your laptop) hi-def plasma TV & DVD player, stereo and very comfortable leather couch (not a sleeper sofa).
- Gourmet kitchen with gas cook-top and double built-in ovens, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder.

- Telephone calls from the house phone are free to Europe (but there is a charge for calls to European cell phones), Canada, and parts of Asia and Latin America, but not Mexico.

Our rates are (all taxes, utilities, etc included):

1 - 2 people (children do count as "people"): $200/night (3-night minimum), $1,100/wk, $2,200/mo.
3 - 4 people: $275/night (2-night minimum), $1,200/wk, $2,300/month.
$250 refundable security deposit. If you have pets or children, we add $100 to the deposit.  All deposits will be refunded if there are no
damages.  We take checks, cash, money orders, Paypal (possible fee).
