Our beautiful condo, located in the Playas del Coco Las Palmas resort, only 30 minute drive from Liberia airport, will offer you comfortable, relaxed, and pleasant vacation in Costa Rica. The condo is only 4 blocks from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the town of Playas del Coco with its restaurants, supermarkets, mall, banks, beauty salons, ice cream café, bars, casino, and gift shops.

The condo, situated on the 2nd floor of the 4-unit building in the gated community, has a balcony and provides beautiful views of the local mountains and nature. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a full size futon in the living room, kitchen with full amenities.  The condo furnished with beautiful Costa Rican Guanacaste wood that gives you feeling of comfort.

Each room has it's own air conditioner allowing individual setting of temperature and humidity.

The condo can comfortably fit up to 6 people.

There is a sparkling pool few steps away and washer/dryer in the community rancho.

There is a community plaza with several restaurants, convenience store, beauty salon, medical office, and internet cafe within a short walking distance from the condo.

You can start kayaking right on the Playas del Coco beach or have morning and sunset walks on the beach.

There are several beaches within 1 hour from Playas del Coco that are well known for their famous sport fishing tours, scuba diving, and snorkeling. You can have fun on the canopy tours, boat river tours along the Palo Verde River, and enjoy nature and amazing species in the National parks. You can also take a bus tour or drive yourself to the neighboring Nicaragua with many active volcanoes, beautiful lakes, etc.

The prices are for 4 people, each addtl person is $25/nt for up to 1 wk rental.
