Spacious Vacation House at Beach and Golf Resort in Bethany Beach

This luxurious and exceptional house close to the ocean at the Village
of Bear Trap Dunes welcomes you with an inviting front porch and
balcony, and a spacious interior - (2,875 sq. ft.) It is both
comfortable and elegant, with colorful artwork and furniture -
created with the intention of providing you with the fun and pleasure
you expect during your vacation or special occasion at the beach.

On the first level is a kitchen with all the equipment needed for
informal to formal dining. Adjoining it is a dinette with a table for
6 and a counter with stools for the early-to-rise beachgoers or
golfers. Opposite is a full dining room with a lovely old table,
corner cupboard, and sideboard where you will find more formal table
settings for entertaining. Stored in a closet is a wooden card
table and chairs for extra seating and games.                                                      
At the rear of the house is the family room with a large TV, again a
delightful blend of furnishings from far and near, but always with
comfort in mind. Beyond this is the huge screened porch with
comfortable seating and dining arrangements, blinds for those too-
sunny days and an open deck with a gas grill and more furniture. The
porch overlooks a lake with a splashing fountain. Nearby is the
shuttle stop for your trip to the beach. It arrives and departs about
every 20 minutes.

The first floor master bedroom is very inviting with a four poster
canopy queen bed, sitting areas, and a large bath with jacuzzi, and
double sink areas. You'll love it! Also on the first floor is a cozy
den with a queen sleepersofa which converts to a private bedroom. The
full bath down the hall makes this a very convenient 5th bedroom.

The upstairs hall has a lovely open-railed balustrade leading to three
bedrooms. One is a bunk bed with trundle, equipped with railings and
ladder - a really charming room. The queen bedroom is a delightful
room with soft colors and appealing furniture, including a four-poster
queen bed. It connects via a full bath with a twin bedroom with furniture painted barn-red and very nice accessories.
All rooms open onto an upper gallery overlooking the living room. They share a Jack and Jill bath with the double sinks and tub-shower.

This luxurious and interesting house provides a great setting for all
vacationers- golfers, family get-togethers, special getaways, small

available for purchase at the Pavilion. Price varies for certain
months. The Golf Club and course are open to the public. Guests may
