Absolutely Oceanfront 2 br/2 ba Condo in Kailua-Kona

This really is a little piece of paradise. Our condo is unique in that we have a little white sand beach just steps away. There isn't alot of white sand on The Big Island. We have a white sand beach with a nice size wading area surrounded by lava and a coral reef. You could spend hours here in the water exploring or just on the sand sun bathing. If you have children, they will love it when the turtles come over to the shore to visit. They are very curious and amazing to see up close and just watch. We are also located close enough to town to walk, for those of you who like to take a nice walk. It is about a mile and a half to town. There are alot of nice properties to look at along the way. We just love walking to town in the morning for breakfast and then we walk it off back to the condo and just go right to the pool for a swim to cool off.

Master Bedroom has 1 king bed, guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. (twin beds can be connected together with Create-A-King to make a King size bed). Two full bathrooms, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen (Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wine refrigerator, Kitchen-aid toaster, blender, Jenn-Air stove, rice cooker, & more), two inviting chaise lounges on our lanai, cable TV, DVD library, games, books, stereo, Wireless internet, Fax machine, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, two ice chests, ironing board/iron, two blow dryers, ceiling fans in each room, swimming pool & incredible ocean view!

$215.00 per night May 1-Sept 30 & $235.00 per night Oct 1- Apr 30.

3 night minimum stay. 2 week minimum stay in October during Ironman.     Hawaii state taxes of 11.42% added to total. Departure cleaning fee $135.42.
