Perfect home for the large group or family who wants to get away and accomodate 8 to 10 people.  Unfortunetly, we can not rent to parties under 25 per the homeowners association guidelines. No Pets.  All summer rentals are friday to friday.

Built in 2004, this  finely appointed townhouse is centrally located just off of Route 1 near the famous Rehoboth Beach outlets.  The complex has a pool (close in sept) and tennis court and is only 1 mile to beach. Walk, bike, drive to all the beach has to offer!! All the convenience and comforts you want on your family vacation. Be assured that your family will want to return year after year to stay in this comfortable family friendly beach vacation home. This two-story twin home and provides 2000 square feet of living area. The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a community of single and twin homes that brings a sense of the Florida Keys to the Rehoboth Beach area. This innovatively designed beach community features a COMMUNITY POOL,PERFECT FOR A QUICK DIP OR ALL DAY RELAXATION,tennis court and beautifully landscaped grounds with ornamental grass, flowering trees and a pond at the enterance. It is quiet and peaceful. This community is very convenient to almost all of the local attractions. We are conveniently located off Route 1 in Rehoboth behind Jungle Jim's Water park, a wonderful attraction. We are located right off of Route One below the outlet shopping centers just 1 short mile to the beach/boardwalk. Our home is one mile to the beach/boardwalk but it is a very easy and quick drive. From Memorial day to Labor day there is a bus that picks up next door to our neighboorhood. $1 for adults and free for children, you no longer have have to worry about parking. This bus can take you to the beach, movies, outlets or many other locations. Shuttles depart routinely, every 15- 20 minutes to most locations and run from early morning til late evening. With this option, your group can split up and travel when and where they please.

The well maintained upgraded townhouse has 4 bedrooms with large loft area and sleep 8 comfortably, 3.5 bath. Many upgrades including stainless apppliances, porcelin tile, pergo, lighting etc since the home was built. Two of the bedrooms host Queen size beds, there is one king size bed, the 4th bedroom with a full size.  The spacious 2nd floor loft has a couch and work area with computer and internet access that could accommodate an air mattress if needed and up to 10 guests. The large open kitchen opens to a comfortable outdoor screened in patio. We do not provide linens.

There is wireless internet as well.

We are located only 1 mile from the beach and in Jungle Jims back yard so you can walk to waterslides, mini golf, batting cages, pool, tennis courts. There is bus access across the street that will take you to the boardwalk for dinner or shopping so you do not have to deal with parking in town.

Due to Rehoboth's upscale nature, hotel rooms run an average of  $200-$400 per night and only offer space for 2 adults with out a full kitchen. You'll find that this property is much more accomodating for a family or larger group. Your home away from home at the beach.

World Famous Rehoboth beach, Tax Free Delaware shopping at the largest Outlet malls on the east coast, World Class dining at a huge variety of restaurants, excellent nightlife, pool, waterslide, tennis, prime location near major golf courses!

Two night minimum.

$300 per night - Dec - Feb

$600 per night - Weekly summer rentals only, however, if nightly applies for 3 day holiday weekend $600 per night

$350 Labor day to November 30th and March 1 - May 24th

PEAK RATES $2200 per week OFF SEASON weekly rate $1500

 Friday to Friday Only

$115 cleaning fee, and $300 refundable security deposit. Other in this community charge $2250 per week for same floor plan without upgrades.
