This modern house on Whidah Lane is cozy, yet spacious and is the ideal vacation home for the beachcomber and the nature lover with plenty of nearby beaches, ponds, bike path and nature for hiking and long walks.  The house is 2.1 miles to the sand, starting just 1.2 miles from the edge of the National Seashore.  Both Nauset light beach and Coast guard beach are equally close.  It is a 3 min. drive, 7 min. bike ride or a 25-30 min. walk to the beach.  The bike path is a 4 min. bike ride away.

The house is equipped with comfortable seating for 8, a business center with wireless DSL and a printer, as well as books and games for the whole family.  Outside is a patio with a gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture and an enclosed shower.  Beach chairs,  and toys are also provided, for your use.  The property is tucked off the road for peace and quiet, and has a large private yard to enjoy.  This home is also pet friendly for most dogs.

There's a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, DVD/VCR, and window A/C (June-Sept) in the living room and master bedroom. The fireplace is perfect for a cozy winter vacation!  Cathedral ceilings with dark wood beams, skylights and new stylish furnishings compliment the living space.

The bike path is just minutes away from this property, and with the National seashore just .2 mile away, it is great for nature walkers.  The Wellfleet flea market is tons of fun on the weekends, or go see a drive in movie at night.

Off season is October-before Memorial Day.  $995-$1095 per week or $195-$275 per night 3 night minimum.

Shoulder weeks are Memorial Day to last full week of June and 1st week of September to 1st week of October.  $1195-$1895 or 3 night minimum.  Inquire for nightly rates.

High season is July and August.  $2195 per week

 CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week.  In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less.  If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract.  *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money. 
REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued.  We want happy tenants!
